卡前列腺素联合改良式B-Lynch缝合治疗剖宫产产后出血临床应用

目的:探讨卡前列腺素(欣母沛)联合改良式B-Lynch缝合治疗剖宫产产后出血的临床疗效和优势。方法:47例产后出血患者,其中常规治疗26例(常规治疗组),采用欣母沛联合改良式B-Lynch缝合治疗21例(欣母沛联合改良式B-Lynch缝合治疗组),常规治疗采用反复按摩子宫,缩宫素局部和全身应用,热盐水纱布宫腔压迫止血,出血部位局部"8"字缝合及止血药物应用,子宫动脉上行支结扎等传统方法止血;21例是在按摩子宫、注射缩宫素治疗短时间内无效后宫体注射欣母沛及改良式B-Lynch缝合。两组产妇年龄、产次、孕周、妊娠并发症构成等均无统计学意义(P>0.05),具有可比性。结果:欣母沛联合改良式B-Lynch缝合治疗组手术时间明显少于常规治疗组,产后2 h及产后24 h出血量显著减少。结论:欣母沛联合改良式B-Lynch缝合治疗方式明显优于常规治疗方式,适宜于临床推广应用。

Clinical application of the therapy of hemabate combined the modified B-Lynch suture in treating postpartum hemorrhage after caesarean section

ObjectiveTo explore the clinical effects and superiority of the therapy of hemabate combined the modified B-Lynch suture in treating postpartum hemorrhage after caesarean section.Method Abstract:Objective Forty-seven cases of patients with postpartum hemorrhage after caesarean section,of which twenty-six cases were treated with traditional therapy(named as conventional therapy group) and twenty-one cases were treated with the method hemabate combined the modified B-Lynch suture(named as hemabate combined the modified B-Lynch suture group).The conventional therapy included uterine massage,local and systemic oxytocin application,hot brine gauze oppression of uterine bleeding,local "8" suture bleeding site and hemostatic drug application,uterine artery ligation uplink teams and so on;Twenty-one cases were treated with hemabate combined the modified B-Lynch suture-uterus body injection a short time after invalid uterine massage as well as local and systemic oxytocin application.There were no significant difference between the two groups in age,calving number,gestational week and the pregnancy complications constituent ratio(P>0.05).Results The operation time of hemabate combined the modified B-Lynch suture group was less than that of the conventional treatment group,and blood loss of two hours postpartum along and blood loss of 24 hours postpartum were significantly reduced.Conclusion The treatment that the modified B-Lynch suture combined with hemabate is obviously superior to conventional therapy,which is suitable for the clinical generalizational application.
