支气管灌洗术对老年人重症肺部感染的疗效观察

目的:探讨支气管灌洗术对老年人重症肺部感染的临床效果。方法:选择重症肺部感染老年患者共50例,随机分为观察组和对照组,对照组患者给予抗生素、治疗合并症等对症支持治疗,观察组在上述治疗基础上实施支气管灌洗术;观察两组患者治疗期间发热、咳痰、痰液性质、X线胸片等改善情况,记录两组住院时间。结果:观察组住院时间平均为(16.2±3.9)d;对照组平均住院时间为(24.1±4.3)d;观察组住院时间时间显著低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组总有效率和对照组总有效率比较,前者高于后者,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:支气管灌洗术治疗老年重症肺部感染临床效果显著,促进患者预后,值得借鉴。

Clinical observation of bronchial irrigation:to wash the old severe lung infections

Objective To explore the clinical effect of bronchial irrigation to wash the old severe lung infettiors.Method From December 2009 to December 2011 elderly patients with severe lung infection,these patients were randomly divided into trial group and control group.Patients where given antibiotics,treatment and symptomatic treatment of complication support.The observation group were given bronchial irrigation on the basis of above treatrment.Observed during treatment fever,sputum,sputum properties,X line of these two groups and recorded the length of time of the two groups.Results The observation group in hospital for an average of 16.2 + /-3.9 days;The control group in hospital for an aeroge of 24.1 + /-4.3 days;The length of time of the observation group was significantly lower than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);Total effectiveness of observation group and total effectiveness of control group,the former was higher than the latter,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Clinical effect of bronchial irrigation surgical treatment to washed severe pulmonary infection is remarkable,and promote the prognosis of patients,and it is worth using for reference.
