| 摘 要： | 目的:研究八味沉香胶囊的提取工艺。方法:应用正交实验筛选提取工艺的最佳条件。结果:醇提的最佳工艺条件为A2B1C2D3,水提的最佳工艺条件为A3B2C2,水蒸气提取挥发油的最佳工艺条件为A2B1C3,挥发油包合物的最佳工艺条件为A3B1C1。结论:八味沉香胶囊的提取工艺合理可行。

| Abstract: | Objective:To study the extraction technology of Baweichenxiang capsule.Methods:To screen the best conditions of the extraction technology using the orthogonal test.Results:The optimum conditions of ethanol extraction technology are A2B1C2D3;the optimum conditions of water extraction technology are A3B2C2,the optimum conditions of volatile oil extracted by water vapor are A2B1C3,the optimum conditions of the volatile oil inclusion are A3B1C1.Conclutions:The extraction technology of Baweichenxiang capsule is reasonable and practicable. |
