红花黄色素提取工艺的研究

摘    要:目的:以红花中黄色素的含量为指标,对红花的提取工艺进行最佳筛选和研究。方法:采用正交设计对红花进行醇提、水提,并测定样品中红花黄色素的含量,以便确定最佳工艺条件。结果:将红花先用醇提,后用水提,收膏。其最佳提取条件为:红花醇提为每次14倍的乙醇(60%),提取3次,每次1.5h;水提为:每次18倍水,煎煮2次,每次1h。结论:该法简单易行,准确。

Abstract:Objective: To find the best extraction technology of safflowers by assaying content of safflor yellow in safflowers.Methods: Initiatively,we extracted safflor yellow of safflower with alcohol.Then,we boiled safflower with water by orthogonal test.Results: The best extraction technology was extracted 3 times with alcohol(60%),1.5 h at a time;boiled 2 times with water,1h at a time.Conclusion: This method is simplicity and accuracy.
