钩藤、珍珠母在配合壮颈康复剂治疗椎动脉型颈椎病中的效用研究

目的：观察钩藤、珍珠母在配合壮颈康复剂治疗椎动脉型颈椎病中所起的效用。方法：将22只造模成功的椎动脉受压模型兔随机分为3组分别用壮颈康复剂的基础方加钩藤、珍珠母（Ⅰ组），壮颈康复剂的基础方（Ⅱ组），钩藤、珍珠母（Ⅲ组）灌胃14d后测血浆内皮素、血黏度。结果：Ⅰ组的血浆内皮素、血黏度测值明显低于Ⅱ组、Ⅲ组的测值。结论：在临床使用壮颈康复剂时，若患者有头晕症状时加用钩藤、珍珠母可提高疗效。

Study of the effect of Gamdir Vine and Nacre used with ZHUANGJING KANGFUJI in the treatment of vertebral artery type of cervical spondylosis

Objective：To observe the offect of Gamdir Vine and Nacre used with ZHUANGJING KANGFUJI in the treatment of vertebral artery type of cervical spondylosis. Methods：22 rabbits models with vertebral artery compression was divided randomly into 3 groups： treated with ZHUANGJING KANGFUJI, paired with Gamdir Vine and Nacre （ group Ⅰ ） ; treated with ZHUANGJING KANGFUJI alone （ group Ⅱ ） ;and treated with Gamdir Vine and Nacre（ group Ⅲ ） ,then measure the blood endothelin and blood viscosity of each group after intragastric administration for 14 days. Results：The values of the blood endothelin and blood viscosity of group Ⅰ were markedly lower than that of group Ⅱ and group Ⅲ. Conclusions：Gamdir Vine and Nacre could enhance the curative effect for dizziness symptom when paired with ZHUANGJING DANGFUJI in clinical treatment of the cervical spondylosis.
