蛇床子总香豆素组分的含量测定

摘    要:目的建立蛇床子中总香豆素含量的测定方法。方法以蛇床子素为对照品,采用紫外分光光度法测定蛇床子中总香豆素含量。结果检测波长为320nm,蛇床子素质量浓度在2.0~12.0μg/mL范围内与吸光度呈良好线性关系(r=0.9995),平均回收率为99.39%(RSD=2.67%,n=6)。结论本方法简便易行,结果稳定可靠,可用于蛇床子及其制剂的质量控制。

Abstract:Objective To establish the method for content determination of total coumarins in Fructus Cnidii. Methods The content of the total coumarins was determined by UV spectrophotometry. Results The optimal detective wavelength was 320 nm for the total coumarins. Satisfactroy linear relationship with the absorbability was achieved when the mass concentration of osthole was within the range of 2-12 μg/mL (r=0.999 5). The average recovery rate was 99.39% (RSD:2.67%, n=6). Conclusion The method is simple, accurate and sensitive, and it can be used for the quality control of Fructus cnidii and its preparation.
