血府逐瘀汤加减治疗老年慢性支气管炎临床研究

目的 :观察血府逐瘀汤结合西药治疗老年慢性支气管炎的疗效。方法 :随机分为治疗组 35例 ,对照组 33例 ,观察临床症状的缓解、治疗前后动脉血氧分压 (PaO2 )、二氧化碳分压 (PaCO2 )及肺功能 (FEV1、PEFR)的变化情况。结果 :治疗组 35例 ,显效 2 7例 ,有效 7例 ,无效 1例 ,有效率 97.14 % ;对照组 33例 ,显效 19例 ,有效 13例 ,无效 1例 ,有效率 96 .99% ,两组显效率比较有极显著差异 (P <0 .0 1)。结论 :血府逐瘀汤伍丹参能较快缓解患者的临床症状 ,改善肺功能 ,降低PaCO2 ,升高PaO2 。

Senile Chronic Bronchitis Treated by Xueefu Zhuyu Decoction ModifiedcAtion

cases of senile chronic bronchitis were treated by Xuefu Zhuye Decoction modified with Radix Salvae Miltiorrhizae in combination of Western medicines, whose effect was in contrast with the effect of 33 cases treated by routine Western medicines. Then observations were made on the patients' relief of clinical symptoms, PaO 2 of arterial blood and PaCO 2, the variation of FEV 1 and PEFR. The results were shown in the following: in 35 cases of treatment group, 27 cases of marked effect, 7 cases of effectiveness, one case with no effect ,the total effect being 97.14%; in 33 cases of the control group, 19 cases of marked effect, 13 cases of effectiveness, one case with no effect, the total effect being 96.99%. The marked effect of the two groups showed distinctive difference (P<0.01), which suggested XueFu Zhuyu Decoction modified with Radix Salviae Miltiorrhizae could rapidly relieve the patients' clinical symptoms, improve their pulmonary function, decrease PaCO 2 and increase PaO 2.
