蔗糖硬脂酸酯中游离蔗糖的HPLC-ELSD法测定

目的 建立了高效液相色谱法测定蔗糖硬脂酸酯中的游离蔗糖。方法 以氨基键合硅胶为填充剂,流动相A为醋酸铵溶于乙腈中配制成10μg·mL^-1的溶液；流动相B为醋酸铵溶于四氢呋喃-水（90：10）的混合溶液中配制成10μg·mL^-1的溶液,梯度洗脱,蒸发光散射检测器。结果 蔗糖在0.25 -2.5 mg·mL^-1浓度范围内线性关系良好。回收率为100.5%,RSD为0.8%。结论 该方法灵敏度高、专属性强,可用于蔗糖硬脂酸酯中游离蔗糖的测定。

Determination of Free Sucrose in Sucrose Stearate by HPLC-ELSD

OBJECTIVE An HPLC-ELSD method was established for the determination of the free sucrose in sucrose stearate. METHODS A NH2 column was used with mobile phase A of 10 μg·mL^-1 ammonium acetate in acetonitrile and mobile phase B of 10 μg？mL？1 ammonium acetate in tetrahydrofuran - water （90：10） by gradient elution. Evaporative light scattering detector was used. RESULTS The calibration curve of sucrose was linear in the concentration range of 0.25 – 2.5 mg·mL^-1. The average recovery was 100.5%, with RSD of 0.8%. CONCLUSION The method was sensitive, selective, and could be used for the determination of free sucrose in sucrose stearate.
