HPLC法测定复方雷公藤糖浆中雷公藤甲素的含量

目的：建立高效液相色谱法测定复方雷公藤糖浆中雷公藤甲素的方法。方法：采用DiamonsilC18（150mm×4．6mm，5μm）色谱柱分离，甲醇-水（46：54）为流动相，流速为1．0ml·min-1，检测波长为224nm，柱温为30℃，进样量为10μl。结果：雷公藤甲素在5．66～33．96μg·ml-1（r=0．9998）范围内质量浓度与峰面积呈良好的线性关系，其平均回收率为99．35％（RSD=1．02％，n=9）。结论：苓方法简便、灵敏、重复性好，可用于复方雷公藤糖浆中雷公藤甲素的质量控制。

Determination of Triptolide in Compound Tripterygium Wilfordil Syrups by HPLC

Objective： To establish a method for the content determination of triptolide in compound tripterygium wilfordil syrups by HPLC. Methods： The samples were analyzed on a Diamonsil C18 column（ 150 mm×4.6mm,5μm）, the mobile phase consisted of methanol and water （46： 54）, the flow rate was 1.0 ml·min-1 , the detection wavelength was 224 nm, and the column temperature was kept at 30℃, and the injection volume was 10 Ixl. Results： The linear range of triptolide was 5.66-33.96μg·ml-1（r = 0. 999 8 ）, and the average recovery was 99.35% with RSD of 1.02% （ n = 9）. Conclusion ： The method is simple and sensitive with good repeatability, and can be used to control the quality of triptolide in compound tripterygium wilfordil syrups.
