摘    要:目的:建立高效液相色谱法测定复方雷公藤糖浆中雷公藤甲素的方法。方法:采用DiamonsilC18(150mm×4.6mm,5μm)色谱柱分离,甲醇-水(46:54)为流动相,流速为1.0ml·min-1,检测波长为224nm,柱温为30℃,进样量为10μl。结果:雷公藤甲素在5.66~33.96μg·ml-1(r=0.9998)范围内质量浓度与峰面积呈良好的线性关系,其平均回收率为99.35%(RSD=1.02%,n=9)。结论:苓方法简便、灵敏、重复性好,可用于复方雷公藤糖浆中雷公藤甲素的质量控制。

Abstract:Objective: To establish a method for the content determination of triptolide in compound tripterygium wilfordil syrups by HPLC. Methods: The samples were analyzed on a Diamonsil C18 column( 150 mm×4.6mm,5μm), the mobile phase consisted of methanol and water (46: 54), the flow rate was 1.0 ml·min-1 , the detection wavelength was 224 nm, and the column temperature was kept at 30℃, and the injection volume was 10 Ixl. Results: The linear range of triptolide was 5.66-33.96μg·ml-1(r = 0. 999 8 ), and the average recovery was 99.35% with RSD of 1.02% ( n = 9). Conclusion : The method is simple and sensitive with good repeatability, and can be used to control the quality of triptolide in compound tripterygium wilfordil syrups.
