摘    要:目的:建立一种应用高效毛细管电泳测定注射用泮托拉唑钠中泮托拉唑钠含量的方法。,方法:采用未涂层弹性石英毛细管柱,以0.01mol·L-1的磷酸二氢钾溶液为运行缓冲液,运行电压25kV,柱温25℃,检测波长为289nm.结果:泮托拉唑钠在20.05~200.51μg·ml-1范围内呈良好的线性关系(r=0.9996),方法平均回收率为99.03%(RSD=0.86%,n=9)。结论:此方法简便快速,灵敏度高,重复性好,可用于注射用泮托拉唑钠的含量测定。

Abstract:Objective : To establish a method for the content determination of pantoprazole sodium for injection by high pedbnnance capillary electrophoresis. Methods: The determination was performed on an uncoated elastic quartz capillary column, the running buffer was 0.01 mol ·L-1 potassium dihydrogen phosphate buffer, the running voltage was 25kV ,the column temperature was 25℃ and the detection wavelength was 289 nm. Results : The linear range was good within the concentration range of 20.05-200.51 μg·ml-1 ( r = 0. 999 6). The average recovery was 99.03% (RSD = 0.86% , n = 9). Conclusion: The method is simple, sensitive and reproducible, and can be used in the determination of pantoprazole sodium fur injection.
