摘    要:目的:建立了高效液相色谱法测定还原型谷胱甘肽片中杂质氧化型谷胱甘肽含量。方法:采用AgilentTC—C18(250mm×4.6mm,5μm)柱,以磷酸盐溶液(pH3.0)-甲醇(96:4)为流动相;检测波长为210nm;流速为1.0m·min-1;柱温为30℃,进样量为20μl。结果:氧化型谷胱甘肽在浓度为1.403—22.450μg·ml-1的范围内线性关系良好(r=0.9999)。回收率分别为98.9%,RSD分别为1.5%(n=9)。结论:该方法准确高效,重复性好,可以有效控制还原型谷胱甘肽片中氧化型谷胱甘肽的含量。

Abstract:Objective: To establish an HPLC method for the determination of oxidized glutathione in glutathione tablets. Methods: An Agilent TC-C18 (250 mmmm×4.6mm,5μm) column was used with the mobile phase of phosphate solution (pH 3.0)-methanol (96: 4). The flow rate was 1.0 ml ·min-1. The detection wavelength was 210 nm. The column temperature was 30℃ and the injec- tion volume was 20 I.d.R.esults: The linear range of oxidized glutathione was 1. 403-22. 450 μg·ml-1( r = 0. 999 9). The recovery was 98.9% with RSD of 1.5 % ( n = 9). Conclusion: The method is accurate and repeatable, and can control the content of oxidized glutathione in glutathione tablets effectively..
