注射用多索茶碱与注射用阿洛西林的配伍稳定性考察

摘    要:目的:考察注射用多索茶碱与注射用阿洛西林的配伍稳定性。 方法:观察及测定注射用多索茶碱与注射用阿洛西林在0.9%氯化钠注射液中配伍后于室温条件下放置6h内的外观及PH值,并采用高效液相色谱法测定配伍液的含量。 结果:与配伍后0h比较,配伍液在6h内的外观和含量都没有明显的变化,而PH值有所浮动。 结论:注射用多索茶碱与注射用阿洛西林在0.9%氯化钠注射液中配伍后于室温下放置6h内质量较稳定。

Abstract:OBJECTIVE: To study the compatible stability of doxofylline injection and azlocillin injection. METHODS: The changes in appearance and PH value of the mixture of doxofylline injection and azlocillin injection in 0.9% sodium chloride injection within 6 hours at room temperature were observed and detemined,the contect of which determined by HPLC. RESULTS: Compared with the solution at 0h after mixing,no significant changes were found in appearance and content within 6 hours mixing,however,there was a fluctuation in its PH value. CONCLUSION: the mixture of doxophylline and azlocollin in 0.9% Sodium chloride is stable in quality wthinin 6 hours mixing at room temperature.
