Bcl—2、Bax在肾癌中的表达

目的 检测Bcl-2、Bax基因在肾癌中的表达。方法 采用免疫组化法。结果 肾癌Bcl-2比正常肾组织阳性表达率高，Bax比正常肾组织低（P＜0．05）；Bcl-2、Bax表达在肾癌的细胞学分类、病理分级、临床分期无显著性差异（P＞0．05）；肾癌Bcl-2表达与Bax负相关（P＜0．05，γ＝－0．312）；单因素生存分析Bcl-2、Bax表达及肾癌的各细胞学分类生存率无差异（P＞0．05），肾癌病理分级G1＋G2组比G3＋G4组生存率高（P＜0．05），临床分期S1＋S2组比S3＋S4组高（P＜0．05），Cox回归多因素生存只发现肾癌病理分级能单独作为反映肾癌预后因素的指标（P＜0．05）。结论 Bcl-2、Bax在肾癌的发生中并不能单独起主导作用，不能独立作为反映肾癌预后的指标，可能只是参与肾癌发生多种因素之一。

Expression of Bcl-2 and Baxgenes in renal cell carcinoma

Objective To detect the expression of Bcl-2 and Baxgenes in renal cell carcinoma (RCC).Methods Fifty-three specimens of RCC and 22 specimens of renal tissues were examined by immunohistochemistry.Results Higher levels of Bcl-2 and lowerlevels of Bax were expressied on the surface of renal cancer cells than renal cells(P<0.05).The positive rates of Bcl-2 and Bax staining were 83.02% and 50.94% in RCC,while they were 40.91% and 81.82% in renal cells,the difference being significant(P <0.05).Bcl-2 immmunoactivity was inversely correlated with Bax expression (P<0.05,y=0.312).On univariate analysis,the survival rates of Bcl-2 and Bax positive and negtive cases were not different(P>0.05);the survival rates of grad 1 grade 2 casses and stage 1 stage 2 cases were higher than grade 3 grade 4 cases and stage 3 stage 4 cses,respectively(P<0.05).On multivari- ate analysis,only the pathohistological grade could serve as an independent prognosticindex (P<0.05).Conclusions Bcl-2 and Baxgenes can not serve as markers in the evaluation of the malignancy and prognosis of RCC.
