| 摘 要： | 目的利用彩色多普勒超声观察脑梗死患者颈动脉硬化程度及斑块性质,了解其与脑梗死之间的关系。方法采用彩色多普勒超声诊断仪观察60例脑梗死患者和40例非脑梗死患者两侧颈动脉的硬化程度、斑块性质等。结果脑梗死患者的颈动脉硬化程度明显高于对照组,脑梗死患者的斑块发生率明显高于对照组,其差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论脑梗死与颈动脉硬化程度及斑块性质密切相关。彩色多普勒超声是检测颈动脉硬化最为简捷的方法,有助于脑梗死的临床预防及早期诊断和治疗。

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the relationship between carotid atherosclerosis plaque and cerebral infarction. Methods The carotid arteries of 60 cases suffered cerebral infarctions were examined by color Doppler ultrasound and compared with 430 controls. Resells There was significant difference between the two group. Vertebral artery of cerebral infarction group was higher than control group （P〈0.05）. Conclusion There was intimate correlation between carotid athcrosclerosis plaque and the onset of cerebral infarction. Color Doppler ultrasound is the most simple and quickest method for detection carotid atherosclerosis. And it contribute to prevention and early diagnosis and treatment of cerebral infarction |
