乌司他丁对全身炎症反应综合征患者免疫功能的影响

目的 探讨乌司他丁对SIRS患者免疫功能的影响.方法 将SIRS患者随机分为实验组（n=24）和对照组（n =24）,实验组连续5d每天给予20万单位乌司他丁静脉滴注;对照组予以等量生理盐水注射.2组患者均于第1、3、5天采血,检测T 细胞亚群的变化,并选取20名健康体检者作为正常对照.结果 SIRS患者均有不同程度的免疫功能低下,CD3＋ 、CD4＋细胞计数、CD4＋/CD8 ＋比值均比健康体检组显著下降（P〈0.05）,第5天实验组免疫功能超过对照组,两组比较有显著性差异（P〈0.05）.结论 乌司他丁可明显减轻SIRS患者细胞免疫抑制程度,增强细胞免疫功能.

The Effects of Ulinastatin on the Immune Function in Patients with Systemic Inflammatory Response Syndrome

Objective To evaluate the effects of ulinastatin on the immune function in patients with SIRS. Methods 48 patients were randomly divided into ulinastatin group （n =24）,and control group （n =24）.In ulinastatin group,0.2MU of ulinastatin was administered daily for five days,control group received same amount of normal saline instead of ulinastatin.T lymphocyte subsets in patients of both groups were assayed on day 1,day 3 and day 5.Additionally,20 healthy persons were enrolled as normal control group.Results The immune function of patients with SIRS was depressed at different levels.CD3-, CD4 ＋ , CD4-/CD8 ＋ratio decreased more significantly than that of healthy people（P〈0.05）.The immune function in experimental group exceeded the experimental group on the day 5.The difference was significant between experimental group and control group（P〈0.05）.Conclusion Ulinastatin alleviated the negative immune reaction strikingly in patients with SIRS,and improve cell immune function.
