| 摘 要： | 本文对危重型流行性出血热(EHF)肾衰病例应用营养性腹膜透析、血液透析(HD),连续性动静脉血液滤过透析(CAVH-D)的疗效作了比较和评价。作者认为EHF肾衰应首选营养性腹膜透析。高分解代谢者以及有腹膜透析禁忌证者选用HD,只有在EHF肾衰伴有多脏器衰竭(MSOF),特别是呼吸窘迫综合征(ARDS)时才选用CAVH-D。

| Abstract: | We have treated 22 patients of SEHF with ARF on nutrient peritoneal dialysis (NED), hemodialysis (HD) and continuous arteriovenous hemodiafiltration (CAVH-D). Clinical data demonstrate that blood purification is effective, in treatment of SEHF with ARF. NPD is adequate for the treatment of ARF with bleeding tendency. HD is the treatment of choice for patients with hypercatabolic, severe metabolic acidosis or hyperpotassemia. In case of hypotension, MSOF and ARDS, CAVH-D could be well tolerated. |
