音乐对初次无偿献血者的干预效果观察

摘    要:目的:探讨音乐对初次无偿献血者静脉穿刺疼痛、一次自愿采集400m l献血量及降低献血反应的影响。方法:将初次无偿献血者随机分为对照组与实验组各240名,两组采血程序相同,实验组加用音乐进行干预,观察每组静脉穿刺疼痛及一次自愿采集400m l献血量的比例。结果:实验组献血者疼痛献血反应发生率明显低于对照组,一次自愿献血400m l采集率明显高于对照组(P<0.01)。结论:音乐能分散无偿献血者的注意力,减轻疼痛,降低献血反应,提高400m l采集率,对保留、招募献血者,促进无偿献血事业顺利发展有重要意义。

Abstract:Objective: To explore the effect of music on relief of venepuncturing pain,the fear of amount of blood(400ml) and reduction of adverse reaction of those volunteer blood donors who donate blood for the first time.Methods: The donators for the first-time donation were randomly divided into experimental group(n=240) and control group(n=240).The same blood collection procedure was taken in the two groups;additionally music intervention was adopted in the experimental group.The relief of pain during venepuncturing was evaluated,400ml volume ratio was calculated and adverse reaction was observed.Results: The donors had less pain in the experimental group than that in the control group;the ratio of collection of 400ml volume of blood was higher than that in the control group(P<0.01).Conclusion: Music ambiance can create psychological intervention on the volunteer donors for the first-time donation and help them with distracting attention,relief of pain and reduction of adverse reaction and increasing ratio of 400ml volume blood donation,which has significance in encouraging more people to join in blood donation.
