浦东新区周家渡社区老年人脂肪肝检出情况分析

目的 对社区体检老年人脂肪肝的发病情况、脂肪肝患者的血生化指标进行统计分析.方法 对12 616名60岁以上社区老年人健康体检的肝脏B超检查和血生化指标进行统计分析.结果 体检老年人脂肪肝检出率为25.6％;脂肪肝检出率女性高于男性（女性为29.9％,男性为19.4％）,P＜0.01,且与年龄有一定的相关性;脂肪肝组TG、TC、Glu、ALT和AST血生化指标均高于正常组（P＜0.001）.结论 社区老年人脂肪肝发生率高,脂肪肝患者多伴有血生化指标的异常,社区要加强老年人脂肪肝防治的健康宣教工作.

Analysis on the Detection of Fatty Liver of the Elderly in Zhoujiadu Community of Pudong New District

OBJECTIVE To analysis the incidence of fatty liver of aged people and fatty liver patients＇ blood biochemical indexes, METHODS The liver B ultrasound examination results and blood biochemical indexes in physical examination of 12 616 subjects in 60 years and over were analyzed. RESULTS The fatty liver detection rate was 25.6%. Female＇s fatty liver rate was higher than male＇s （29.9% vs 19.4%; P〈0.001）, which is also correlated with the age. The fatty liver group ＇biochemical indexes（TG, TC, Glu, ALT and AST） result were all higher than the normal group＇s （P〈0.001）. CONCLUSION The elderly in community has high incidence of fatty liver, and most of the fatty liver patients with abnormal biochemical indexes. Health education for prevention and treatment of fatty liver in the elderly should be strengthened by community.
