| 摘 要： | 胃肠管间质瘤为一种胃肠管最常见的原发性间质细胞肿瘤,具有偶发性及无症状性的特点.外科治疗仍是无转移胃肠管间质瘤的首选治疗.但术后复发率较高.针对肿瘤的分子生物学特点,通过联合分子靶向药物的治疗,能够改善该病的预后.

| Abstract: | Gastrointestinal stromal tumours(GISTs)are the most common primary mesenchymal tumours of the gastrointestinal tract and the disease is occasional and asymptomatic. Though the high rate of recur- rence after surgery, operation remains the firstline treatment of the GIST without metabasis. With the consid- eration the molecular biology of tumor, the treatment including surgery and molecular targeted therapy can im- prove the prognosis of GISTs. |
