大型综合性医院医务值班信息化管理体系构建

为规范医务值班管理,保障医疗安全,浙江大学医学院附属第一医院以问题为导向,通过完善值班管理制度,调整值班费分配方案优化激励机制及加强巡视督查等多重举措,解决值班管理中存在的排班不规范、值班人员资质不符合规定、全院值班数据无法获取、值班信息不公开及值班费虚报等问题。实现了大型综合性医院医务值班体系的精细化管理,为探索新医改背景下医院管理工作提供借鉴和思路。

Construction and application of informatizaion management system of medical duty in large general hospitals

In order to standardize the management of medical duties and ensure medical safety,the First Affiliated Hospital of Zhejiang University School of Medicine is problem-oriented,through multiple measures such as improving the duty management system,adjusting the duty fee distribution plan,optimizing the incentive mechanism and strengthening inspections and supervision,etc.There are problems such as irregular scheduling,non-compliance of the qualifications of the staff on duty,inability to obtain duty data of the whole hospital,non-disclosure of duty information and false reporting of duty fees.It has realized the refined management of the medical duty system of large-scale comprehensive hospitals,and provided reference and ideas for exploring hospital management under the background of the new medical reform.
