微型种植体支抗在正畸前牙内收中的临床应用

目的探讨微型种植体支抗在正畸内收前牙中的临床应用效果。方法选取需前牙内收正畸患者58例,根据正畸治疗中支抗方法的不同,将其分为对照组和研究组,每组29例。对照组应用传统的支抗治疗,研究组应用微型种植体支抗治疗。比较治疗前后2组头影测量结果,根据美国正畸学会的客观评分系统（ABO-OGS）比较2组疗效。结果与治疗前比较,2组治疗后头影测量结果优于治疗前（P<0.05）,且研究组优于对照组（P<0.05）;研究组的有效率为96.6%,高于对照组的75.9%（P<0.05）。结论在正畸治疗前牙内收的过程中,应用微型种植体支抗,相较传统的支抗治疗效果更佳。

Clinical Application of Micro-implant Anchorage in Retraction of Anterior Teeth

Objective To explore the clinical application of micro-implant anchorage in retraction of anterior teeth.Methods Fifty-eight patients were randomly treated with either traditional anchorage(control group,n=29)or micro-implant anchorage(study group,n=29)for retraction of anterior teeth.The cephalometric results were compared using the American Board of Orthodontics-Objective Grading System(ABO-OGS).Results The cephalometric results were significantly improved after treatment in both groups,and the improvement in the study group was more obvious than that in the control group(P<0.05).Furthermore,the effective rate in the study group(96.6%)was higher than that in the control group(75.9%)(P<0.05).Conclusion Micro-implant anchorage is superior to traditional anchorage for retraction of anterior teeth.
