远程医学平台化促进医院功能延伸:“远程-临床”合作模式浅析

远程医学是“互联网+医疗健康”的五大范畴之一,是医院通过互联网对外开放的第一个窗口。经过几十年的发展,尽管远程医学合作的流程与内容已趋于成熟,硬件成本、均质性、精准度均有大幅的提高,其发展方向与空间却被逐步缩窄。笔者介绍了北京协和医院在远程医学功能的基础上,建立开放平台,深入临床流程,通过几种合作模式的分析,在远程医学与临床工作之间搭建新的桥梁,实现更广阔的发展。总结远程医学与云上医院的发展前提,填补线上与线下诊疗间的空缺,建立远程医学在“互联网+医疗健康”中的新角色。

Telemedicine platform promotes the extension of hospital function:Analysis of tele-clinical cooperation model

Telemedicine is one of the five categories of the"Internet Plus Healthcare",and it’s the first channel of the hospital opening to the world via the Internet.After decades of development,its direction and space have been narrowed down,though the procedure and content tend to reach maturity and the cost of hardware,the homogeneity and accuracy have been improved.This article introduces the telemedicine function of the Peking Union Medical College Hospital,and its establishment of an open platform and its implementation of the clinical process.Through the analysis of a few models of cooperation,to see the effect of bridging telemedicine and clinical work and to achieve broader prospect.To review the prerequisites of telemedicine and cloud hospital,and to fill the gap between online and offline diagnosis and treatment,thus creating the new role of telemedicine in the"Internet Plus Healthcare".
