| Abstract: | Objective:To explore the effect of the surgery for colorectal malignant tumor on hospitalization time,the fee per time,cost after the implementation of the Enhanced Recovery After Surgery(ERAS).Method:Based on 626 examples of data of surgery for colorectal malignant tumor in Shanghai Tenth People's Hospital of Tongji University we applicate non-linear Regression analysis.Result:ERAS plays a positive role in reducing the length of stay,lowering the outpatient fee and inpatient fee per time and promoting the benefits of the medical and health resources.Conclusion:Promote the application of ERAS in hospitals on the basis of ensuring the quality of patients'medical care. |
