| 摘 要： | 报道一种从商品中国鲎试剂中快速分离纯化凝固蛋白原的方法。经透析、离子交换、凝胶过滤从该品中获得一种均一蛋白，紫外光谱和ＳＤＳ－ＰＡＧＥ证实为鲎凝固蛋白原。ＳＤＳ－ＰＡＧＥ和凝胶过滤测得其分子量分别为２６ｋＤ和２０ｋＤ。其得率为５０％。

| Abstract: | method for rapid isolation of Limulus coagulogen from commercial Limulus reagents(Tachypleus tridentatus leach )was established.The isolated protein purified through a pro-cedure including dialysis,ion exchange,and gel filtration is a homogenizied protein. It is aLimulus coagulogen verifled by its UV-spectrum and SDS-PAGE properties,which has amolecular weight of 26 and 20 kD determined by SDS-PAGE and gel filtration respectively.The yield of the coagulogen is 50%. |
