泸州医学院附属医院2004-2007年口服抗糖尿病药物利用分析

目的：了解泸州医学院附属医院口服抗糖尿病药物的应用现状和趋势。方法：对本院2004—2007年口服抗糖尿病药物的主要品种、销售金额、用药频度、限定日费用等进行统计和分析。结果：本院口服抗糖尿病药物2007年销售金额是2004年的2，08倍，2007年用药频率是2004年的1．24倍，呈上升趋势。磺酰脲类药物在2004—2007年的构成比居首位，其中最常用的口服降糖药是二甲双胍、格列吡嗪、格列本脲和瑞格列奈。结论：本院口服抗糖尿病药物应用合理，需求量逐年增加。安全、有效、依从性好、价格适中是糖尿病治疗药物发展的必然趋势。

The utilization of oral anti-diabetics in the Affiliated Hospital of Luzhou Medical College during 2004-2007

Objective： To investigate the current situation and tendency of utilization of oral anti-diabetics in the Affiliated Hospital of Luzhou Medical College during 2004-2007. Methods： The main varieties, consumption sum,DDDs and defined daily cost of oral anti-diabetics in the hospital during 2004- 2007 were statistically analyzed. Results： The consumption sum of oral anti-diabetics in 2007 was 2.08 times of that in 2004. DDDs in 2007 was 1.24 times of that in 2004. There was an increasing tendency. The constitution ratio of sulfonylureas drugs ranked first during 2004 - 2007. The oral anti-diabetics used most frequently were metformin, glipizide, glibenclamide and repaglinide. Conclusion： The utilization of oral anti-diabetics is generally reasonable in the hospital. The consumption sum is increasing year by year. There is a tendency of requirement for oral antidiabetics with safety,effectiveness, good compliance and reasonable price in the future.
