中医辨证用药提高晚期非小细胞肺癌患者生活质量的影响

目的：了解中医辨证用药提高晚期非小细胞肺癌患者生活质量的影响。方法：40例非小细胞肺癌患者,在扶正祛邪的总原则下。根据患者的具体情况,确定相应的用药。结果：病例40例共66个病灶,完全缓解（CR）34/66;部分缓解（PR）21/66;无变化（NC）9个;进展（PD）2个,总有效率88.3%（CR＋PR）。27例患者术中肺内会有少量渗出;出现气胸4例,肺压缩均在30%以内,经保守治疗好转;术后1周痰中带血14例;术后2周3例患者出现轻度白细胞下降,白细胞计数3～4×109/L;影像学检查发现术后6个月的肺内粒子游走2例。结论中医辨证用药可改善晚期非小细胞肺癌临床症状和提高生活质量,值得临床推广。
