乙肝散治疗脂肪肝240例临床研究

目的：探讨乙肝散治疗脂肪肝的治疗效果。方法：我科2007年6月～2010年12月240例脂肪肝患者按其治疗方法不同分为两组,观察组142例患者选择中药乙肝散治疗,对照组98例患者选择西药治疗,治疗30天后对治疗结果进行比较。结果：采用中药乙肝散治疗的患者总有效率达93.66%,对照组采用西药非诺贝特、藻酸双酯钠、维生素C、维生素B1治疗,总有效率为81.64%,两组比较差异明显,具有统计学意义P〈0.05。结论：乙肝散治疗脂肪肝疗效显著,建议临床推广应用。

Clinical research of treating 240 cases of fatty liver with Yigan San
