厚朴温中汤治疗功能性消化不良的疗效观察

目的：探讨厚朴温中汤治疗功能性消化不良的临床效果。方法：选取我院2009年10月～2010年10月门诊与住院患者126例,将患者随机平均分为两组,做为颗粒组和汤剂组。两组患者经统计学分析,在年龄、性别、病情与体温方面无显著性差异（P〉0.05）,具有可比性。结果：观察组67例患者中,痊愈41例（61.19%）、有效22例（32.84%）、无效4例（5.97%）、总有效率为94.03%,与观察组相比较,总有效率、痊愈率明显提高（P〈0.05）。讨论：本次临床研究中,对症中药治疗在治愈率和总有效率方面较西药常规治疗显著提高,证明厚朴温中汤对于功能消化不良具有良好的临床效果,有较高的推广价值。

Efficacy of treating functional dyspepsia with magnolia temperature in the soup

objective：to study the treatment of cortex magnoliae officinalis temperature soup functional indigestion of the clinical effect.Methods：the hospital in October 2009 to October 2010 outpatient and inpatient 126 cases,patients will be divided into two groups,random average as particle group and one group.Two groups of patients after statistics analysis,in age,sex,and the temperature condition without significant difference（P〈0.05）,comparable.Results：the observation group 67 patients recovered,41 cases（61.19%）,effective 22 patients（32.84%）,invalid in 4（5.97%）,the total effective rate was 94.03%,compared with the observation group,the total effective rate,well obviously improve the rate（P〈0.05）.Discussion：the clinical study,suit the Chinese medicine treatment in the cure rate and the total effective rate is the western medicine treatment improved significantly and conventional proof of cortex magnoliae officinalis temperature for soup indigestion has good function of the clinical effect,has the high application value.
