| 摘 要： | 目的：观察纤化胶囊治疗早期肝硬化的临床疗效。方法：选择120例早期肝硬化患者,随机分为2组,治疗组用纤化胶囊,对照组用大黄蛰虫丸,疗程24周。比较治疗前后的中医症候变化,血清肝功能及肝纤维化指标。结果：纤化胶囊在中医症侯疗效、恢复肝功能、降低肝纤维化指标等方面均有确切疗效。结论：纤化胶囊具有较好的抗肝纤维化作用。

Treating 60 cases of early cirrhosis with Xianhua capsule |

| Abstract: | Objective：To observe the clinical effect of treating early cirrhosis with Xianhua capsule.Methods：120 cases of early liver cirrhosis were randomly divided into two groups,treatment group with Xianhua capsules,the control group was treated with rhubarb Zhechong pills,treating for 24 weeks.Compare the changes in TCM symptoms and serum liver function and liver fibrosis before and after treatment.Result：The effect of Xianhua capsule on effect of TCM symptom,restoring liver function,reducing liver fibrosis was exact. Conclusion：Xianhua capsule had better anti-liver fibrosis function. |
