中西医结合治疗过敏性紫癜临床观察

目的：探讨中西医结合治疗过敏性紫癜的疗效。方法：将我科于2007年2月～2010年2月治疗的60例过敏性紫癜患者随机分为两组,治疗组30例,予中西医结合治疗。对照组30例,单纯采用西药治疗,比较两组过敏性紫癜治疗的的总有效率。结果：两组患者相比,治疗组显效22例,有效6例,无效2例,总有效率（包括显效和有效）为93.3%优于对照组,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论：中西医结合治疗过敏性紫癜,能有效控制不良反应,疗效显著,应在临床中推广使用。

Clinical observation on treating allergic purpura in the integrative medicine

Objective：To study the effect of treating allergic purpura in the integrative medicine.Methods：60 cases of allergic purpura patients from February 2007 to February 2010 were randomly divided into two groups,30 cases in treatment group taking the integrative medicine.30 patients in the control group taking western medicine alone.Compared the total efficiency of allergic purpura. Results：Compared the two groups,In 22 cases of the treatment group,the effective was 6 cases,2 cases invalid,the total efficiency （including the markedly effective and effective）than the control group was 93.3%,the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）. Conclusion：Integrative treatment of allergic purpura,can effectively control the adverse reaction,a significant effect and should be used widely in clinical.
