血管性痴呆的辨证规律文献研究

目的：通过对血管性痴呆（VD）辨证分型的文献统计分析，总结归纳VD的辨证规律，为，临床辨证提供参考。方法：以频数分析为主统计1995～2010年间中国知网数据库、维普数据库、万方数据库中以中药为主治疗VD的论文，归纳总结VD的辨证规律。结果：按虚实辨证，实证中频率最高的为瘀阻脑络证，为0．87；其次为痰浊蒙窍证，为0．77。虚证中频率最高的是肾虚，为0．862，其次为肝肾不足，为0．281。按病因病机辨证，邪气方面，血瘀、痰浊为主，频率分别为0．867、0．77；正气方面，肾虚、血虚为主，频率分别为0．862、0．571。肾虚及脏腑兼证进一步统计，肾虚髓亏出现频率最高，为0．678。组方治法的归类分析：补肾填精、活血化瘀频率最高，分别为0．899、0．837。结论肾虚、血瘀是VD的主要证型。补肾、活血法是VD的主要治法。

Literature study for syndrome differentiation of vascular dementia

Objective This study which based on TCM literature of Vascular Dementia （ VD ） mainly explors typification of statistics, summarizes the law of evidence to general regularity, offers reference for clinical syndrome differentiation.Methods By Frequency analysis, statistically prossess databases of CNKI,VIP, WAN FANG during 1994~2010, mainly related to the treatment of TCM literature of VD to summarize the law of VD in syndrome differentiation.Results According to differentiation false or true, in the empirical, the highest frequency is 0.87 for stasis resistance brain collaterals card , Secondly is 0.77 for phlegmy turbidity be opening card.In deficiency syndrome, the highest frequency is 0.862 for kidney deficiency, followed by Liver and kidney deficiency syndrome （ 0.281 ）. To etiology, in Evil ways, blood stasis and sputum turbidity appear tallest frequency, respectively0.867,0.77.While in upright ways, Kidney deficiency and blood deficiency appear highest frequency, respectively 0.862,0.571.By further statistics of kidney deficiency, kidney essence kui appears highest frequency（0.678）.According to formula treatment,filling kidney essence and activating blood circulation and eliminating stasis appear highest frequency, respectively 0.899,0.837.Conclusion For VD, kidney empty and blood stasis are the main card types;Filling kidney essence and activating blood circulation and eliminating stasis are main treatment methods.
