补肾温肺方联合倍氯米松治疗支气管哮喘合并鼻炎临床研究及相关性分析

目的：探讨补肾温肺方联合丙酸倍氯米松粉雾剂治疗支气管哮喘（哮喘）合并变应性鼻炎临床研究及相关性分析。方法：84例患者随机分为：治疗组41例使用补肾温肺中药胶囊,每次2.1g口服,每日3次;经口吸再经鼻呼丙酸倍氯米松粉雾剂,每次200mg,每日3次,富马酮替芬1mg,每日2次;对照组43例：经口吸再经口呼丙酸倍氯米松气雾剂,每次250mg,每日3次,富马酮替芬1mg,每日2次。两组均给予沙丁胺醇2.4mg,每日不超过3次。12周为一疗程。结果：两组在白间症状、夜间症状,哮喘和鼻炎控制、治疗组改善显著优于对照组,（P〉0.01）。结论：补肾温肺方联合丙酸倍氯米松粉雾剂经口吸再经鼻呼综合（循环疗法）治疗哮喘合并鼻炎,可取得较好的疗效。

Kidney and lung side temperature combined beclomethasone treatment of bronchial asthma and rhinitis clinical correlation studies

Objective： Kidney and lung side of the joint temperature treatment of bronchial asthma, beclomethasone dipropionate powders （asthma）, allergic rhinitis clinical studies and correlation analysis.Methods：84 patients were randomly divided into two： the treatment group of 41 patients with kidney and lung medicine capsule temperature, each 2.1g orally 3 times a day; Oral absorption and then call beclomethasone dipropionate nasal powders, each 200mg, 3 times a day, Fuma Ketotifen 1mg, 2 times a day;Control group of 43 patients： oral suction by mouth and then call beclomethasone dipropionate aerosol, each 250mg, 3 times a day, Fuma Ketotifen 1mg, 2 times a day.Both groups were given salbutamol 2.4mg, no more than 3 times a day.12 weeks-course of treatment.Results： Between the two groups in white symptoms, nighttime symptoms, asthma and rhinitis control, the treatment group improved significantly better than the control group, （P〉0.01）. Conclusion：Warm the lung side Kidney joint oral absorption of beclomethasone dipropionate powders and then consolidated by the nose call （cycle therapy） treatment of asthma with rhinitis, can achieve better results.
