| 摘 要： | 目的：观察中医药加微波联合全身化疗对老年食管癌的治疗效果,评价疗效。方法：对30例确诊食管癌患者给予中医药加微波联合全身化疗。结果：完全缓解9例,部分缓解17例,稳定3例,进展1例。总有效率（CR＋PR）达86.66%。结论：中医药加微波联合全身化疗治疗老年食管癌疗效确切,安全可靠。

Efficacy observation of treating elderly esophageal cancer in TCM combined chemotherapy plus microwave |

| Abstract: | Objective：To observe the combined chemotherapy plus microwave medicine for the treatment of elderly esophageal cancer,were evaluated.Methods：30 patients diagnosed with esophageal cancer were treated with Chinese medicine combined chemotherapy plus microwave.Results：Complete remission in 9 cases,partial remission in 17 cases,stable in 3 cases,progress in 1 case.The total effective rate（CR＋PR） of 86.66%.Conclusion：Chinese medicine combined with systemic chemotherapy plus microwave treatment of elderly esophageal cancer is effective,safe and reliable. |
