| 摘 要： | 目的：观察应用固冲摄血汤止血调经配合西药纠正贫血、预防感染治疗无排卵性功血的临床疗效。方法60例无排卵性功血患者应用固冲摄血汤加减并予以纠正贫血、预防感染，观察症状变化。结果：治愈36例，好转22例，无效2例。结论：固冲摄血汤加减配合西药治疗无排卵性功血疗效显著，用药经济安全，临床价值大。

Clinical experience of treating anovulatory dysfunctional uterine bleeding in the integrative medicine |

| Abstract: | Objective：To observe the effect of Guchong Shexue Decoction （GCSXD） with western medicine to correct anemia, prevent infection in treating anovulatory dysfunctional uterine bleeding. Method Sixty patients of anovulatory dysfunctional uterine bleeding took modified GCSXD and were alleviated anemia or prevented from contraction. Changes in symptoms were observed. Results Cured 36 cases, improvement in 22 cases and 2 in vain. Conclusion The effect of subtracted GCSXD with western medicine in treating anovulatory dysfunctional uterine bleeding is significant. The medication is of economical security and large clinical value. |
