| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨中西医结合治疗男性不育症的临床疗效。方法：选124例男性不育症患者,随机分为治疗组和对照组,每组62例。对照组采用西药治疗,观察组采用中西医结合治疗,对两组患者的临床疗效等指标进行对比分析。结果：实验组总有效率为86.9%,对照组总有效为65.0%,治疗组的总有效率明显提高,与对照组相比差别具有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论：采用中西医相结合疗法,可以有效提高男性不育症的治愈率。

| Abstract: | Objective To evaluate the combination of Chinese and Western medicine treatment of male infertility clinical efficacy. Methods 124 cases of male infertility were randomly divided into treatment group and control group,each group had 62 cases. Western medicine treatment was used in control group, Chinese and Western medicine treatment was used in treatment group. Results The total efficiency of treatment group was 86.9% and the total efficiency of control group was 65.0%, the total efficiency of treatment group was better than control group, the difference was statistically significant （P〈0.05）. Conclusion： The combination of Chinese and Western medicine treatment can improve the cure rate of male infertility. |
