肌电图在急性面瘫的诊断与疗效判定价值的临床研究

目的：观察肌电图在急性面瘫的诊断与疗效判定价值,比较治疗急性面瘫的治疗方案。方法：选择急性面瘫患者65例,随机分为中药内服加穴敷组、针刺加穴敷组、针刺加中药内服组,共三组,治疗前后进行肌电图检查。结果：显示疗效最佳为第三组、其次二组,一组疗效最差,各组间疗效及神经电生理BR、NCV指标检测,经统计处理均有不同程度的差异意义。结论：①肌电图不失为面瘫早期诊断、定位、判断预后的客观检测手段;②说明针灸治疗急性面瘫的疗效优于非针灸治疗;针灸加中药内服优于针灸加穴敷疗法。

Clinical studies of electromyography in the diagnosis of acute facial paralysis and efficacy in to determine the value

Objective： To observe the EMG in the diagnosis of acute facial paralysis to determine the value and efficacy, comparing the treatment of acute facial paralysis treatment. Methods： 65 patients with acute facial paralysis were randomly divided into group of Chinese Herbs plus points apply, apply group acupuncture points, acupuncture and traditional Chinese medicine oral group, a total of three groups, before and after treatment EMG. The results showed the best effect for the third group, followed by the two groups, one effect of the worst in each group efficacy and electrophysiological BR, NCV target detection, the statistical treatment of varying degrees of difference in meaning. Conclusion： ① EMG in early diagnosis of facial paralysis after all, location, objective testing methods to determine the prognosis; ② shows acupuncture treatment of acute facial paralysis is more effective than non-acupuncture treatment; Acupuncture and Chinese Herbs Acupuncture plus point better than dressing therapy.
