跟痛症的中医治疗概况

跟痛症是足跟周围疼痛性疾病的总称,是指多种慢性疾患所引起的跟部包括跟后、跟跖、跟内和跟外侧急、慢性疼痛。跟痛症的病因病机繁多且复杂,在临床方面主要是足跟脂肪垫炎或萎缩、跟骨滑囊炎、跟骨骨刺、跟骨内高压及神经卡压等原因引起。中医学认为跟痛症属痹症、肾痹范畴,多因年来肝肾亏虚、筋骨失养,复感风寒湿邪或因慢性损伤,伤及筋骨,导致气血瘀滞,痰瘀内阻所致。中医治疗应以补益肝肾、散寒祛湿、活血化瘀、通络止痛为基本原则。
