乌灵胶囊和黛力新治疗脑梗死后焦虑的疗效比较

目的：观察乌灵胶囊和黛力新治疗脑梗死后焦虑疗效。方法：将75例脑梗死后焦虑患者分为乌灵胶囊组、黛力新组、两药合用组，每组均为25例。乌灵胶囊组口服鸟灵胶囊3粒／次，3次／d；黛力新组口服黛力新1片／次，1次／d；两药合用组按上述剂量两药合用，三组均八周为1疗程，观察用药前后汉密尔顿焦虑量表评分及不良反应情况。结果：乌灵胶囊组、黛力新组、两药合用组的总有效率分别为60％、64％、80％。结论：乌灵胶囊和黛力新单药治疗脑梗死后焦虑疗效相当，乌灵胶囊／黛力新联合治疗脑梗死后焦虑疗效优于单一用药。

Effects compared of treating anxiety after cerebral infarction in Wuling capsule and deanxit

Objective： To observe the effect of treating anxiety after cerebral infarction in Wuling capsule and deanxit. Methods： 75 case of patients with the anxiety after cerebral infarction was divided into 3 groups： Wuling capsule-treatment group （treated with Wuling capsule for 3 capsules/tid）, deanxit-treatment group （treated with deanxit for 1 tablet/qd）, and Wuling capsule plus deanxit-treatment group （tredted with Wuling capsule plus deanxit, the dosage as the same as above mentionend）. The course of treatment was eight weeks in 3 groups. The situation of efore and after taking drugs was evaluated with Treatment Emergert Symptom Scale （TESS）. Results： The total respectively effect of the 3 groups were 60%, 64%, 80%. Conclusion： The effect of Wuling capsule is similar to deanxit on treating anxiety neurosis. The effect of Wuling capsule plus deanxit is better than just Wuling capsule or just deanxit on anxiety after cerebral infarction. （P〈0.05）.
