中西医结合治疗膝关节骨性关节炎临床分析

目的：探讨中西医结合治疗膝关节骨性关节炎的临床效果。方法：选择2009年1月～2011年1月间门诊治疗的膝关节骨性关节炎患者120例，随机分为两组，对照组给予口服甲氨喋呤、柳氮磺吡啶治疗，观察组在西药治疗的基础上加中药治疗。观察两组治疗60d的临床效果。结果：观察组的显效率和有效率分别为46．7％、96．7％，对照组分别为36．7％、90．0％，两组的显效率和有效率比较差异均有显著性意义（P均〈O．01）。结论：中西医结合治疗膝关节骨性关节炎优于单纯西药治疗，值得临床推广虚吊。

Clinical analysis of treating knee osteoarthritis in the integrative medicine

Objective： To explore the combination of traditional Chinese and Western medicine for treatment of knee osteoarthritis clinical effect. Methods： in 2009 January- 2011 January outpatient treatment of patients with knee osteoarthritis in 120 cases, were randomly divided into two groups, the control group with oral methotrexate, sulfasalazine treatment, the observation group in western medicine treatment based on the traditional Chinese medicine treatment. Observation of the clinical effect of treatment of two groups of 60d. Results： the observation group was significantly the efficiency and effectiveness of respectively 46.7%, 96.7%, the control group were 36.7%, 90%, two groups of effectiveness and efficiency comparison of the differences were significant （P〈0.01）. Conclusion： the combination of Chinese traditional and Western medicine in treatment of osteoarthritis of the knee is superior to that of simple western medicine treatment, worthy of clinical application.
