血塞通注射液治疗视网膜静脉阻塞86例临床观察

目的：观察血塞通注射液治疗视网膜静脉阻塞的疗效。方法：将确诊为视网膜静脉阻塞的86例患者，完全随机分为观察组和对照组，观察组除应用常规治疗药物外，加用血塞通注射液，对照组应用常规治疗药物（复方丹参注射液），诒疗周期30天，根据视力恢复情况、眼底出血吸收及有无新生血管生成等眼底病变化进行观察。结果：观察组有效率（88％）明显高于对照组（62％），两组比较有显著性差异（P〈0．01），且观察组比对照组见效快。结论：血塞通注射液治疗视网膜静脉阻塞疗效显著且见效快。

The clinical observation of 86 csaes of treating retinal vein occlusion with Xuesai tong injection

Objective： To observe the clinical effect of Xuesaitong for retinal vein occlusion. Methods： According to the order, 86 RVO patients were randomly divided into two groups： XueseTong treating group and the control group, Xuese Tong treating group use the medicine of Xuesaitong and Fufang Danshen, the control group use the medicine of Fufangdanshen. And observe their clinical effect, 30 days as a course. Results： The total curative rate of the XueseTong was 88%, the total curative rate of the control group was 62%. The difference of the two groups was statistically significant （P〈0.01）, and the treating group effect earlier than the control group. Conclusions： Xuesaitong had a better and earlier effect for retinal vein occlusion.
