针刺大包穴对健康青年男性大脑前动脉血流动力学安全性影响的研究

目的：探讨在不同时间点针刺左侧大包穴对健康青年男性大脑前动脉（ACA）血流动力学的影响，为临床治疗ACA相关疾病时，是否选用该穴奠定理论基础。方法：随机选取健康青年男性志愿者8例，使用经颅多普勒超声仪（TCD）探头于双侧颞窗探及大脑前动脉（ACA），针刺被测者的左侧大包穴，在针刺前10min、进刺得气后、留针15min（行针后）、留针30min（出针时）、出针后10min分别检测大脑前动脉的收缩期最大血流速度（Vs）、舒张期最大血流速度（Vd）、平均血流速度（vm）、搏动指数（PI）及阻抗指数（RJ）的变化，并记录TCD各参数变化情况。结果：针刺大包穴在针刺时、行针时、出针时以及出针后血流速度均无显著变化；PI，RI的变化亦无统计学意义（P〉0．05）结论：针刺大包穴对ACA血流动力学无任何影响，提示该穴具有安全性但不能做为治疗ACA供血不全的首选用穴。

Study of the impact of security of acupuncture points on a large package anterior cerebral artery in healthy young men hemodynamic

Objective： To discuss about the influence on ACA blood flow velocity in healthy young people during acupuncture on left SP21. Methods： In a randomly controlled study eight healthy young men were analysed. Parameters of TCD were recorded sequentally before, during and after acupuncture for a duration of 50 minutes. Results： Acupuncture on sp21, in each section of time, there is no remarkable datas on statistics.（P〉0.05）. Meanwhile, there is no lasting effect after we finished the experiment（P〉0.05）. Conclusion： During all the process of our experiment ,we can draw the conclusion that acupuncture on left SP21 has no influence on the blood flow velocity of ACA.
