金乌骨通胶囊治疗强直性脊柱炎的临床观察

目的：探讨醋氯酚酸片复合金乌骨通胶囊治疗强直性脊柱炎的疗效。方法：全组44例,其中男35例,女9例,年龄17～51岁;病程1年内31例,1～10年9例,10年以上4例;临床表现髂关节痛39例,腰背疼痛41例,晨僵者37例,晨僵时间1～3h,颈肩痛者23例,髂关节疼痛者28例;查体胸廓活动度、脊柱活动度、＂4＂字试验均有不同程度异常。口服醋氯酚酸片100mg,2次/日,同时口服金乌骨通胶囊1.05g,3次/日,4周为1疗程。结果：全组患者治疗前后对比腰背痛、晨僵、颈肩痛、骶髂关节痛、髋关节痛、胸廓活动度、脊柱活动度、‘4’字试验均明显改善。依疗评价效标准评价,显效17例（占38.69%）,有效26例（占59.09%）,无效1例（占2.27%）。结论：醋氯酚酸片复合金乌骨通胶囊是治疗强制性脊柱炎的有效方法。

Clinical observation of treating ankylosing spondylitis with Jinwu Gutong capsule

Objective：To discuss the clinical effect of treating ankylosing spondylitis with Jinwu Gutong capsule.Methods：44 cases,35 male,9 female,aged from 17 to 51.Disease course of them,less than one year was 31 cases,1 to 10 year 9 cases,more than 10 year 39 cases.39 cases expressed iliac joint pain,41 cases expressed low back pain,37 cases expressed 1 to 3 hours morning stiffness,23 cases expressed neck and shoulder pain,28 cases with iliac joint pain.Thoracic activity examination,spinal activity,4 test all had varying degrees of abnormal.Taking aceclofenac tablets （100mg）,twice a day,Jinwu Gutong capsule （1.05g）,three times a day,four weeks as a course.Results：Comparing the clinical effect before and after treatment the improvement was significantly.According to the evaluation criteria,markly effective in 17 cases （38.69%）,effective in 26 cases （59.09%）,invalid 1 case （2.27%）.Conclusion：Treating ankylosing spondylitis with Jinwu Gutong capsule can make a better effect.
