中西结合治疗椎基底动脉供血不足性眩晕126例疗效观察

目的：研究中西医结合治疗椎基底动脉供血不足性眩晕的临床疗效。方法：选取230例椎基底动脉供血不足性眩晕患者,治疗组126例在常规治疗下加用中药煎剂,两组疗程均为15d,观察2组临床疗效及治疗前后的不良反应。结果：2组各临床疗效指标均有改善,尤以治疗组显著,差异有显著性意义（P〈0.05）。结论：椎基底动脉供血不足性眩晕在一般西医治疗情况下加用中药煎剂能明显提高临床疗效。

Clinical observation on treating 126 cases of vertebrobasilar insufficiency vertigo in the integrative medicine

Objective： To study the combination therapy of vertebrobasilar insufficiency vertigo clinical efficacy. Methods： 230 cases of vertebrobasilar insufficiency vertigo patients, the treatment group of 126 patients in the conventional treatment of lower use of Chinese medicine decoction, were treated for 15 days, observed two groups before and after treatment of clinical efficacy and adverse reactions. Results： The clinical efficacy of two groups of indicators have improved, especially in the treatment group, significantly, the difference was statistically significant （P〈0.05）. Conclusion： vertebrobasilar insufficiency vertigo in the general Western medicine with traditional Chinese medicine treatment and circumstances can significantly improve the clinical efficacy of decoction.
