| 摘 要： | 目的：观察运用活血化瘀法治疗脑出血的疗效方法,经CT、MR1检查确诊的脑出血33例分为两组,出血量〈30ml,治疗组16例,采用西医常规综合治疗基础上、加用活血化瘀中药（川芎、田七、丹参、桃仁、天麻、大黄、红花等）,对照组17例,采有西医常规治疗,观察两组疗效。结果：治疗组愈显率明显高于对照组。结论：运用活血化瘀法治疗脑出血具有良好的作用,减轻神经功能损伤,提高疗效,降低致残率,缩短病程。

| Abstract: | Objective：To observe the effect of treating cerebral hemorrhage by blood circulation method.Methods：Divided 33 cases with cerebral hemorrhage that confirmed by CT and MR1 into two groups,The amount of bleeding less than 30ml,treatment group （n=16） were treated in TCM of Huoxue Huayu based on comprehensive treatment of conventional Western medicine （Chuanxiong,pseudo-ginseng,red sage root,peach kernel,Tianma,rhubarb,safflower and so on）,control group （n=17） were treated with comprehensive treatment of conventional Western medicine,observed the effect of the two groups.Results：The cured rate of treatment group was obviously higher than control group.Conclusion：The effect of treating cerebral hemorrhage by blood circulation is good,which can reduce the neurological damage,improve efficacy,reduce disability,shorten the course. |
