| 摘 要： | 目的：观察腔镜联合中药温经祛瘀法治疗慢性输卵管炎性不孕的临床疗效。方法：收集慢性输卵管炎性不孕患者60例,根据是否接受手术治疗的分为腔镜＋中药组30例和纯中药组30例,比较两组疗效。结果：腔镜＋中药组治愈率56.67%,纯中药组治愈率为33.33%,腔镜＋中药组疗效明显优于对照组（P〈0.01）。结论：腔镜联合中药温经祛瘀法治疗慢性输卵管炎性不孕疗效明显。

| Abstract: | Objective：To observe the clinical of treating chronic salpingitis infertility with endoscopic plus TCM Wenjing Quyu therapy.Methods：Selecting 60 cases of patients with chronic salpingitis infertility,divide them into endoscopic plus TCM group for 30 cases and pure TCM group for 30 cases depending on whether received surgical treatment,Comparing the effect of the two group.Result：Cure rate of endoscopic plus TCM group for 56.67%,the cure rate of pure TCM group for 33.33%,the effect of endoscopic plus TCM group was better than control group（P0.01）.Conclusion：The effect of treating chronic salpingitis infertility with endoscopic plus TCM Wenjing Quyu therapy was obvious. |
