| 摘 要： | 中医古籍中未见明确关于蛋白尿的论述,根据它的临床表现应属于＂水肿＂、＂关格＂、＂淋证＂等范畴。《素问.至真要大论》曰＂诸湿肿满,皆属于脾＂。道出了蛋白尿的主要病机为脾肾双损以及湿浊内留;另外在其发生发展过程中,外感病因也起了不容忽视的作用。
