骨伤后期消肿方治疗骨折后期肿胀疗效分析

目的：对采用骨折后期消肿方对患有骨折后期肿胀的患者进行治疗的，陆床效果进行分析。方法：随机抽取90例在我院就诊的患有骨折后期肿胀的患者病例，将其分为A、B两组。A组患者采用西药进行治疗；B组患者采用中药骨折后期消肿方进行治疗。对两组患者的，临床治疗效果、并发症和不良反应情况进行比较分析。结果：B组患者的临床治疗效果与A组患者进行比较，其有效率明显高出很多（P〈0．05）；两组患者在治疗过程中均没有出现特殊的并发症和不良反应现象，没有显著的统计学差异（P〉0．05）。结论：采用骨折后期消肿方对患有骨折后期肿胀的患者进行治疗的临床效果令人满意，具有消肿快，并发症和不良反应现象少等特点，可以作为今后临床对该类患者进行治疗的首选方法，值得进一步的使用和推广。

Conclusion： the fracture with fractures later swelling party late patients treated with the swelling of the clinical effect is satisfactory, detumescence fast, complications and adverse reaction phenomena etc, to less as the future for the patients with clinical treatment of choice, the use of the method is worthy of further and promotion.
