| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨在基础治疗的基础上，采用推拿治疗婴幼儿功能性便秘的临床研究。方法：将58例婴幼儿功能性便秘患者，随机分为治疗组30例，对照组28例，评定两组疗效。结果：治疗组总有效率93．3％，对照组总有效率53．6％，疗效比较差异有明显显著性（P〈0．01）。结论：基础治疗结合推拿治疗婴幼儿功能性便秘疗效好，无不良反应。

Clinical observation of treating 58 cases of infants and young children with functional constipation by massage |

| Abstract: | Objective： On the basis of the basic treatment, to explore the clinical research of applying massage to treat infants and young children with functional constipation. Methods： 58 cases of infants and young children with functional constipation were randomly divided into treatment group with 30 cases, control group with 28 cases, then assess the therapeutic effect. Results： The total effective rate in treatment group was 93.3%, and control group was 53.6%, which had obviously difference （P〈0.01）. Conclusion： The basis of the basic treatment plus mass treat infants and young children with functional constipation had good effect and no side effects. |
