关节腔清理术配合中药内服治疗中年女性膝骨性关节炎

目的：探讨膝关节腔清理术配合中药内服治疗中年女性膝关节炎的疗效。方法：回顾分析2006年3月～2010年11月经我科诊治的29例中年女性膝骨性关节炎患者,年龄42岁～53岁,平均46岁,均符合美国风湿病协会OA标准,具有不同程度的膝关节疼痛、活动受限等症状,HSS膝关节评定系统中24例28膝,差5例9膝,评分平均（69.04±6.29）;明确诊断后接受关节镜下膝关节腔清理术并配合小活络丹加减内服治疗,术后随访2～4年,平均2年8个月;使用SPSS15.0软件分析术前术后评分评估手术治疗疗效。结果：术后所有患者的症状均得到了改善,术后2年时,优13例16膝,良16例21膝,评分平均为（83.27±5.45）,与术前相比,P〈0.05。结论：膝关节腔清理术配合小活络丹加减内服,能够有效地治疗中年女性膝关节炎,明显缓解症状。

Treating middle-aged women with knee osteoarthritis in joint cavity debridement plus oral TCM

Objective： To explore the effect of treating middle-aged women with knee o steoarthritis in joint cavity debridement plus oral TCM. Methods： Retrospect and analysis 29 cases of middle-aged women with knee osteoarthritis from March 2006 to November 2010 in our hospital, whose age were from 42 years old to 53 years for average 46-year-old, which all meet to the standards of the American Rheumatism Association OA with varying degrees of knee pain, limited mobility and other symptoms. 24 cases of 28 knees in HSS knee rating system and poor in 5 cases 9 knees, which average score was （69.04 ＋ 6.29）; Applying arthroscopic joint cavity debridement plus oral small Huoluo pellet after diagnosis, patients were followed up 2 to 4 years for an average of 2 years and 8 months; Applying SPSS 15.0 software to analysis surgical treatment effects before and after surgery. Results： All patients＇ symptoms were improved after the surgery. Excellent in 13 cases 16 knees and good in 16 cases 21 knees after 2 years, which average scores was （83.27 ±5.45）, and compared with preoperative, P〈0.05. Conclusion： Joint cavity debridement plus oral TCM could effective treat middle-aged women with knee osteoarthritis, and obviously relieve symptoms
