中药配合肝动脉结扎置泵治疗中晚期肝癌30例

目的：观察中药配合肝动脉结扎置泵治疗中晚期肝癌的临床疗效。方法：将55例患者随机分两组,治疗组30例,采用肝动脉结扎置泵配合中药内服及常规化疗;对照组25例,以单纯肝动脉结扎置泵及常规化疗。观察治疗前后临床症状、肝功能变化、缓解和稳定率、治疗后生存率及毒副反应。结果：治疗组治疗后较对照组主要症状改善（P〈0.01）,ALB,ALT两组无明显差异（P〉0.05）,治疗组缓解率、稳定率优于对照组（P〈0.01）,治疗组半年生存率优于对照组（P〈0.01）,但1年生存率两组无差异（P〉0.05）,治疗组毒副反应小于对照组（P〈0.05）。结论：中药配合肝动脉结扎置泵较单纯应用肝动脉结扎置泵可明显提高患者的生存质量。

Treating 30 cases of advanced hepatocellular carcinoma by TCM with hepatic artery ligation set pump

Objective：To observe the effect of pump set with hepatic artery ligation in the treatment of advanced liver cancer clinical efficacy.Methods：55 patients were randomly divided into two groups,treatment group,30 cases,the use of hepatic artery ligation and set the pump with Chinese Herbs and conventional chemotherapy;control group of 25 patients with hepatic artery ligation alone set the pump and conventional chemotherapy.Observation of clinical symptoms,liver function,and stable rates of remission after treatment,survival and toxicity.Results：After treatment,the main symptom improvement than the control group（P0.01） ,ALB,ALT There was no significant difference（P0.05） ,treatment group response rate,stable rate than the control group（P0.01） ,treatment groups of six months survival rate than the control group（P0.01） ,but the 1-year survival rate was no difference（P0.05） ,toxicity of the treatment group than the control group（P0.05） .Conclusion：Chinese herbal medicine with hepatic artery ligation set pump hepatic artery ligation compared with the simple application of the pump set can significantly improve the patient＇s quality of life.
